Physical Layer Tester updated to V1.1.3

The semi-automatic Physical Layer Tester for IO-Link Devices has now been updated to the IO-Link test specification V1.1.3. Users with a valid maintenance contract can get updates immediately. The hardware remains unchanged. The system was approved by the IO-Link community during the InterOp 2022.
