2. General Information on Data Processing
2.1 Scope of processing of personal data
In principle, we process personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data regularly takes place only after the user’s consent. An exception applies in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations.

2.2 Legal basis
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations of personal data, Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis. When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis. For the fulfillment of legal obligations, Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR applies. Insofar as processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of TEConcept or a third party, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis.

2.3 Data security
During your website visit, we use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually 256-bit encryption. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

2.4 Erasure and storage duration
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws, or other provisions. Blocking or erasure of the data also takes place when a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned norms expires, unless there is a necessity for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.

3. Provision of the Website and Creation of Log Files
Every time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer. The following data is collected:
– Information about the browser type and the version used
– The user’s operating system
– The user’s internet service provider
– The user’s IP address (anonymized)
– Date and time of access
– Websites from which the user’s system reaches our website
– Websites accessed by the user’s system via our website

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website. The log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

4. Hosting
Our website is operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (www.ionos.de). The personal data collected on this website is stored on IONOS servers. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access, and other data generated via a website.
IONOS is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). If a corresponding consent has been requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
IONOS will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and will follow our instructions regarding this data. We have concluded an order processing agreement (AVV) with IONOS in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Contact Form and Email Contact
A contact form is available on our website, which can be used for electronic contact. If a user takes advantage of this option, the following data from the input mask is transmitted to us and stored: name, company and legal form, address, and email address. In addition, the IP address as well as the date and time of the request are stored at the time of sending.
For the processing of the data, your consent is obtained as part of the sending process and reference is made to this privacy policy. The legal basis for the processing of the data, if consent is given, is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. If the contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR is an additional legal basis.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified. Statutory retention obligations (e.g., commercial and tax law: 6–10 years) remain unaffected.
